New Master Studio started: Amsterdam South East 3.0
March 16, the 2015 Master Studio of the Landscape Architecture and Planning Program at Wageningen University was launched. This years edition is entitled ‘Amsterdam Southeast 3.0: Design and Planning Approaches to Urban Transformation’ and evolves around the new tunnel that is under constructing for the A9 in Amsterdam South East. A group of 50 international Master students will explore potential alternative futures for the so-called tunnel zone on both sides of the A9 from four different theoretical perspectives (i.e. Systems Approach, New Urbanism, Everyday Urbanism and Communicative Urbanism. The results will be presented later this year online and in a dedicated Studio report!
